We have used Dave in our previous cottage to put right what was incorrectly installed., he also cleaned the chimney’s in both rooms, a log fire and a multi fuel burner, in our new house we didn’t hesitate to call Dave first, no it only is he reliable, clean tidy and efficient but he knows his craft, he is very fair and competitively priced. We highly recommend him and his weird is faultless, He knows exactly what he is doing and doesn't waste time. A coffee with half a sugar and Dave is certainly your man. Fantastic service that went above and beyond and even on Dave’s day off. Professional approach from the initial visit including advice about having the wrong burner. From start to finish, the log burner was installed and all areas used were cleaned before he left which included setting the 1st 🔥. I contacted duchy chimney sweep and installation to quote for a multi fuel burner to be installed, having no chimney it was going to be a completely new installation. Once confirmed the details Dave arrived at the agreed date and time. The vast knowledge and reccomendations for a safe and practical installation was second to none, i was very happy with the quote provided- very reasonable pricing. The job was carried out on time and we now have a cozy warm home, and also knowing who can take care of our chimney sweeps for the coming years. David came out to us at our new build and advised us on the best type of stove to fit and the best way of doing it. He then followed that up by coming and Installing the complete chimney right up through the roof. Once the stove came he was here quickly to finish the install and sign it off for our building regs. He was great to deal with and did a fantastic job talking us through it the whole time. He also smashed the competition out the water price wise. I can't recommend him highly enough.
