Sent me a sample of their product - which was ideal for my project. However, refused to sell in quantities of less than £162 value (75M pack) unfortunately. Refused to give details of any re-seller that might sell their product in smaller quantities. Disappointing.

We regularly use MKM products, they always arrive quickly and of a high standard. Ordered on Friday for a rush job and this morning Julie has actually called to check it had all arrived okay (which it had). You don't get better customer service than that.

Awful customer service in particular staff member named Guy, I placed two orders with this company which both turned out to be unsuitable, upon my second return I received a call advising I would not be refunded as I had used brown tape to package the return ! Ridiculous, I had tried to use the item therefore did not send back the full amount which should result in a partial refund of which there was apparently no option ! Avoid at all costs
